You have 14 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.

You can return any product you have bought if it follows within the same return terms and conditions and if it is within the permitted products.
Full Refund - Money Back
In case of damaged, defective or not as described item on the website, you will receive a refund of the cost of the products in your order & your refund will be credited to the original payment method in the case of credit card payment or as store credit to your WAWCOM account when you pay in cash.
All the items listed on WAWCOM are certified authentic and distributed by licensed sellers.

Initiate a Return
Go to your profile, then click on my orders' section. Choose the order of which products you want to return. Select the product and fill in the reason for the return, add the image of the product and submit the order.
Prepare your Item
Pack the item in its original state and packaging and make sure it is in the same status as you have received it.
We send you a driver to pick-up your item. He will call you on the same number you submitted when you placed your order.
Get your Refund
You receive the refund of the item returned as soon as we receive and inspect it. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method in the case of credit/debit card or as store credit to your WAWCOM account in case you paid in cash.

Q. I received a defective/damaged item, can I get a refund?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your WAWCOM account.
Q. I received a wrong item, how can I return it?
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact.
Q. When are 'Returns' not possible?
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:
Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 14 days from delivery.
A product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies, etc.
Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and/or any other item included in the original package.
Items that may be considered as fragile or easily breakable.
Personal hygiene-related items such as skin creams & other toiletries.
Q. I have changed my mind; can I return what I have bought?
If you change your mind before receiving your item, just call us to cancel your order and we will process the refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit to your WAWCOM account. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 14 days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind:
Item Is Not the On The a Non-Returnable List.
You can not return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.
Only the items with 'Retail Packaging' never opened (Sealed / Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.
Q. Can I return Clothing & Fashion accessories?
You can return any Clothing item or Fashion accessory within 14 days in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intact, as long as the item is:

Not Clearance Items clearly marked as such and displaying a No-Return Policy
In the same condition as received and with the original packaging box and tags attached

Some high-end jewelry or watches that their sellers will not permit return.
Also, any consumable items that are used cannot be returned.
Q. How long does it take the courier to collect the returned items?
Typically, the Courier representative will contact you within 3-5 days from the day you requested a return. However, it might sometimes take up to two weeks for a courier to collect.
